ABC Spanish in Motion creates Spanish-language music to support it's language, music, and motion classes. The music is a mix of original works and interpretations of traditional music and children's songs familiar across the Spanish-speaking world. Vocabulary is simple, with and emphasis on repetition, but is also lively and entertaining and has a high replay value. You'll hear many diverse rhythms and instruments common in music across Spain and Latin-America.
Note: FYI students enrolled in a ABC Spanish in Motion class recieve a copy of the CD used in class. If your child currently attends one of our classes, avoid shipping charges by indicating that the order should be delivered at the class - please let us know what class your child is attending.

In the effort of conveying culture elements we were inspired to focus on endangered animals from Central and South America as well as the rythms of their native habitats. “¡Llegó el Otoño! Caen las Hojas...” is our autumn music edition that focuses on fun fall themes in North America while mixing in Latin-American rhythms, foods, animals, and other cultural elements. Ever heard a Gaita? It's a lively traditional Venezuelan rhythm heard during the holiday season. This lively album draws from Spanish children's songs from Latin America and also brings forth original compositions. We'll learn about and hear the beautiful Quetzal from Guatemala with its long, colorful tail. We'll laugh with Pom the monkey, trying various foods until he finally finds his "banano". Parents and children will dance, sing, and play together in Spanish.
